The Beyond Project

God is alway moving beyond what we can see. The Beyond Project is designed to position Milestone to do MORE in helping people know and follow Jesus. We are partnering with those on a mission to see more churches planted locally and around the globe. Join us and have a front row seat to see God do beyond what we can think or imagine.

Byrd Family | Church Planting | Manchester, England

Dan and Tara Byrd have spent a total of 13 years planting or helping to plant churches in the Greater Boston area. Because of their love for New England, they never expected to hear the call of God to go elsewhere, but in the craziness of Covid in 2020, they heard the call of God to move from New England to Old England. They will help churches and pastors in the city of Manchester, UK to plant more churches so that more people might know and follow Jesus. Pray God will start a church planting movement in England.

E & A Family | Church Planting | Queens, NYC

We are church planting through and amongst the Hindu diaspora in NYC. There are between 600,000 and 800,000 high caste Hindus living in the NYC metropolitan area, making it the largest group of diaspora Hindus in the US. We are currently spending 5-10 hours each week with our language teacher. Our ministry currently has a few avenues that we are praying God uses to make reproducing disciples! One avenue God has given us is Facebook advertising. These ads might be Lumo clips (similar to Jesus film), Bible verses, or simply an invitation for us to pray for the person seeing the ad. Through these ads, we receive messages where we get to engage with people on Messenger. We then transfer it to an offline relationship where we can minister to this person by sharing stories and praying for them. Our prayer is that God connects us with people who are interested in knowing Jesus for themselves as well as introducing their friends and family to him. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, we hope to see thousands of Hindus who likely never could have heard the gospel in India, come to know Jesus as their beloved Lord and Savior. *Picture blurred to protect missionaries

Corbin Family | Life Beads | Uganda, Africa

Allen and Mallory Corbin, with their four children; Bo, Laurabeth, Lucas, and Annamarie are missionaries sent through Four Corners Ministries. They live and work in Northern Uganda at a ministry called Abaana’s Hope. The scope of ministries at Abaana’s Hope is broad, yet centered firmly on the gospel. At Abaana’s Hope you’ll find: Living Stones Community Church, Women’s Refuge Center, Child Development Program, Living Stones Christian School, LifeBeads, Farm, Living Stones Pastor Training Center, refugee outreach, medical clinic and several supporting departments. The mission remains in each area to communicate and demonstrate the gospel to unreached and under-equipped people groups. We do this by building gospel centered discipleship relationships with the people that we work with and their families, under the oversight of the local church. Mallory and Allen work together overseeing the school and in each of their ministries of focus. Mallory focuses primarily on overseeing LifeBeads. LifeBeads is a micro-business opportunity for women to make jewelry that is sold in the U.S. through many outlets. Allen oversees the farm, construction, and maintenance departments. Along with these tasks Allen is one of 7 elders at the church equipping and caring for its membership, regularly preaching, and teaching in the community and radio programs. Allen is also heavily involved with pastor/church leader training among the nearly 2 million refugees living in Uganda. Through pastor training we intend to equip and entrust leaders to strengthen and establish churches for an abiding network of Bible saturated, gospel centered, African led churches.

Family Promise | MetroWest Boston

When Family Promise began, it was a local response to a problem in Union County, New Jersey. Thirty years later, we are a national movement involving more than 200,000 volunteers which served more than 177,000 people in 2020. But the core of what we do is still local—partnerships within a city or county changing lives. Family Promise makes that possible by developing and supporting Affiliates that address family homelessness right in their own community.Over the past three decades, Family Promise has continued to expand our scope and our reach. Today, we comprise more than 200 Affiliates across 43 states and are the leading national nonprofit addressing the issue of family homelessness.

Christmas In MetroWest | MetroWest Boston

Chiristmas in MetroWest exists to demonstrate radical generosity towards individuals and families in MetroWest Boston during the Christmas season.. Each year we host multiple opportunities to give Christmas trees, and meet the needs of families. This year we will be taking the generosity beyond Christmas for those families we connect with over the Holidays.
